Nanny Services

What we're good at

Since 2007 Anns Nannies has given hundreds of parents throughout the world a good night’s rest and we put a lot of time and care in a child’s development and well-being. It’s a nanny’s responsibility to keep children engaged in activities to ensure a healthy physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Anns Nannies has many different types of nannies, please read below about each type and the services they provide.

Our babysitters provide temporarily care for children on behalf of the children’s parents or guardians. They generally take care of children of all ages in need of supervision. Our babysitters work part-time and are paid by the hour, and are either scheduled regularly (e.g., every day from 3-6 p.m. or every Saturday night) or for special occasions (e.g., New Year’s Eve).

Ann maternity babysitters are responsible for planning activities for your children (e.g., games, sports, arts and crafts, etc. ) or supervising playdates. Some babysitters may be willing to take on additional responsibilities (e.g., cooking, light housekeeping, driving children to and from scheduled activities, and helping with homework) for extra money as long as you make those expectations clear to the candidates you interview.

Maternity nurses are happy to work with the parents, caring for the baby as you dictate. They can establish strict routines for the baby, often achieving the almost impossible task of the baby sleeping through the night in a matter of weeks. Or they can be flexible, and allow the baby to find its own pattern and routine. At the end of the day, they should follow the wishes of the parents.

What are the duties of a Maternity Nurse:

Providing support and guidance and teaching parents how to care for their new baby

Giving advice on all aspects of baby care including breast or bottle-feeding, setting routines, general baby care and hygiene

Making sure that mum is well rested

Baby’s laundry and  nursery cleanliness

Sterilising and making up bottles
